V Communications will publish and market an automatic upgrade software product, PC Upgrade Commander™, created by Spearit Software. PC Upgrade Commander provides a quick and easy way to migrate between computers or to copy existing files to a new computer while leaving all of the new computer's preinstalled software intact.
